Physical Activities

Physical activity has been found to improve sleep, involvement in daily activities, and physical function for Alzheimer's patients (Smallfield & Heckenlaible, 2017). Furthermore, research has found that social and physical activities (like games!)  had a positive impact on cognitive function (Bae et al., 2020). These research articles, amongst several others, have demonstrated the importance of physical activity amongst the Alzheimer's and dementia population.
